I had a tech from Accurate come out on a Saturday. The techs name is James. I had a call an hour before he arrived and he arrived right on time. He checked out my heating unit very thoroughly. I appreciate him explaining to me and being very respectful. I highly recommend him as a tech and Accurate Home Services to anyone. I appreciate it very much. It is important to have peace of mind you will have heat during the winter months.
Every one of the technicians that came out were super friendly……Jordan, Joeseph, Tanner, and Danny and Gus. They were professional and really seemed to know what they’re doing. I’ll call Accurate again! I really like the text messages of who’s coming and when they’ll arrive.
